Inbetweeners Enjoy Another Superb Day at Font Del Llop
The Inbetweeners Golf Society enjoyed another memorable day at Font Del Llop Golf Resort this week, with glorious sunshine, excellent course conditions and plenty of friendly competition making for another outstanding event.
The warm weather proved a little too much at times for perfect golfing conditions from the first tee, but the course itself was presented in superb condition. Immaculate fairways and smooth, true greens received plenty of compliments from members, providing an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities.
Competition was keen throughout the field, with everyone looking to produce their best golf. There were some superb approach shots, excellent putting and a number of impressive scores, while the occasional wayward drive served as a reminder that golf always has the final say!
When the scorecards had been counted, David Perkins emerged as this week's worthy winner after producing the best round of the day. Hans claimed second place with another fine performance, while Vic Smith completed the podium in third after a consistent round.
While the competition was closely fought, the true spirit of the Inbetweeners Golf Society was once again evident. Members and guests enjoyed a fantastic day together, with plenty of laughter, friendly banter and good company both on the course and afterwards in the clubhouse.
Congratulations to all of this week's prize winners, and a big thank you to everyone who took part in making the day another great success.Attention now turns to the Society's next fixture at El Plantio Golf Resort, where another enjoyable and competitive day is eagerly anticipated.
